What You Will Do:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated HRIS Manager to play a key role on the Rewards and Operations team to lead the HRIS team in managing data and providing support to employees in Oracle HCM.

The HRIS Manager will own Oracle data and processes, ensuring an excellent employee experience. Reporting to the Director, HR Operations & Total Rewards, this role will own Oracle support, from data integrity to systems configuration in the follow areas: HCM, onboarding, absence management, performance management, and benefits administration. The HRIS Manager will also drive team development with respect to the Oracle system by developing a knowledge base, building out the Online Guided Learning tool within the system, and sharing troubleshooting trips and tricks with the HRIS team.

• Lead and guide the HRIS team to configure, support, and optimize the design and performance of Oracle and other People systems and connected applications
• Partner with stakeholders within HR, IT, FP&A, Payroll, and Legal to provide creative and efficient solutions to business needs
• Be the subject matter expert in HR systems by researching, assessing, and providing solutions to troubleshoot issues in Oracle HCM; identify systems/process improvements
• Create documentation for processes and job aids
• Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes
• Assess HRIS integrations to ensure proper functionality, troubleshooting as needed
• Develop audit processes to analyze and identify data issues and maintain data integrity
• Ensure all processes are followed as documented in SOX process narratives, process flows, and control matrices
• Lead the HRIS team to maintain data integrity and ensure compliance

What You Bring To Forescout:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Oracle HCM experience required
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Oracle HCM administrator
• Cross-functional collaboration experience developing and implementing technical solutions to improve efficiencies and performance
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent critical thinking, project management, and problem solving
