WPS Health Solutions is a leading not-for-profit health insurer in Wisconsin. Our services offer health insurance plans for individuals, families, seniors, and group plans for small to large businesses. Role Snapshot
Our People Resource Center (PRC) acts as the primary point of contact for WPS employees' Human Resources (HR) services and leads efforts to optimize and consolidate operations across all of HR. Our HRIS Operations Analyst maintains performance, improvements, data integrity, ad hoc reporting, and other daily operations of the organization's HR technology. This role partners with the People Technology team to expand system capabilities and improve processes through automation and continuous process improvement.
- System Management: Provide support for People Technology applications (e.g., UKG Pro, Achievers, Cornerstone) to maintain system security, data integrity, and process optimization. Typical daily tasks can include correcting system data, importing data from various HR processes, monitoring interfaces, and managing vendor cases. Collaborate with senior analysts and leadership to expand system capabilities through in-depth knowledge of our applications. Work with senior team members to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with IT strategy. Perform system and interface testing with sample and live data.
- Reporting: Fulfill ongoing ad hoc requests for creation of new reports, updates to existing reports, and creation/adjustments to scheduled reports using UKG Pro and Excel.
- Process Improvement: Assist with researching, planning, coordinating, and implementing solutions with assistance from senior team members, the People Technology team, external vendors, or consultants. Maintain system and process documentation ensuring they represent the current state. Continuously look for process improvements in all HR operations to assist in developing new automations.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience.
- 1 or more years of HRIS-related work.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 or more years of progressively responsible people data reporting, data management, and people system administration experience.
- Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting technical requirements and translating into actionable project plans.
- Demonstrated experience translating information to a non-technical audience.
Salary Range
$70,000 - $90,000The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Remote Worker Requirements
For a remote position, employee is required to meet remote worker requirements, including a designated workstation, a wired (Ethernet) connection to the network, and a minimum of 10Mbps downstream connection with at least 1Mbps upstream (can be checked at https://speedtest.net)
