HRIS & People Operations Specialist

About the Role:

Panorama is looking for an HRIS & People Operations Specialist to join the People Team!  As a successful candidate, you will focus on building and enhancing our HR systems to streamline and automate processes - always prioritizing the accuracy of data, better enable the business through the use of metrics, and lead the way for improving our operational people processes. 

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and enhancement of HR systems (Workday & ADP) in partnership with IT, and with a focus on streamlined integration, and usability
• Ensure flawless data integrity through the implementation, execution, and management of data governance practices for HR systems
• Partner with payroll to ensure proper data integrity, data transfer, and assist with reporting for data validation
• Through partnership across the People Team, empower and enable the business through the use of key metrics; support identification on what should be measured, create & share reports, analyze and interpret trends.   
• Train users on Workday reporting functions and available reports to empower and enable colleagues
• Use business savvy and proactive thinking to streamline HR operational processes and provide recommendations on ways that can enhance our operations and the team member experience
• Develop policies in partnership with subject matter experts, manage acknowledgement of policies, and review periodically adjusting content for best practice
• Manage unemployment claims and the I-9 verification process
• Participate in special projects as needed with enthusiasm and desire for professional development

Our ideal candidate has:

• 3  years of experience in at least one core area of HR; ideally includes HRIS or People Operations
• Experience with HR reporting & data analysis
• HRIS data administration experience in Workday required
• Demonstrated knowledge of the HR function & processes with experience implementing process and standard operating procedures to foster operational excellence
• Comfortable with various HR technologies (Asana, Workday, ADP)
