POSITION DESCRIPTION:

TheHRIS Reporting Analyst is responsible for ensuring that data is accurate andpresented in a clear, concise and business-relevant manner to key stakeholders throughfulfilling ad hoc request, initiatives requiring analytical support, andproviding analytical expertise. Thisrole also performs routine data audits to ensure accuracy, alignment, andcompliance of the data in the HRIS system.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Consult with stakeholders to build and generate regular and ad hoc reports on specific HR metrics.
  • Develop and maintain procedures for the report generation process.
  • Ensure data accuracy by following all company-outlined procedures.
  • Investigate methods of improving and/or automating the reporting process.
  • Act as a main point-of-contact for all HR reporting requests from internal and external customers.
  • Audit data to ensure compliance and maintain data integrity.
  • Generate relevant metrics to further business and HR strategic initiatives and priorities.
  • Synthesize large amounts of data and identify key trends.
  • Present data in a logical, concise manner that facilitates understanding of the data and metrics to a non-technical audience.
  • Creates monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.
  • Responsible for all federal reporting needs such as EEO-1 and non-discrimination testing.

EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4 or more years of HR data analysis and reporting required.
  • 4 or more years of HR experience preferred.
  • Experience with UKG Pro is preferred.
  • Prior experience with PowerBI, Cognos or similar BI tools is preferred.

  • Strong customer service, multi-tasking, analytical, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
