HRIS Reporting Analyst

Reporting to our VP of Operations your role as an HR Reporting Data Analyst, will involve systems, dashboard, and report development by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data from various sources, enabling solutions that provide insights for HR decision makers. You will also be responsible for creating final output, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.

What you will do as an HRIS Reporting Analyst
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including HRIS, manual data collection, and other data sources
- Develop and distribute reports and dashboards for Empower Partnerships and clients
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of automated solutions to empower the team with enhanced productivity, standardization and consistency in process, and integrity in data as we scale
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and document key requirements, report objectives and purpose, and target audience
- Routinely generate and validate reports, ensuring accuracy in data
- Analyze reports to understand data variations and communicate the story the data tells
- Vet reporting requirements to establish proof of concept and deliverability of minimum viable product
- Create and maintain process and methodology documentation to ensure consistency in reporting practices
- Support system implementations and updates for Empower and Client systems, as-required
- Create and maintains documentation for data mapping, solution enablement, and user processes
- Conduct user experience studies to ensure efficiency in process and assess for improvements needed
- Research and recommend potential solutions for process challenges
- Evaluate Empower and client processes and systems to ensure progress of key initiatives
What you need to qualify as an HRIS Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Systems, Analytics, Human Resource Management, or a related field or a combination of commensurate education and experience
- At least 3 yearsโ experience in a systems or reporting-related role; preferably within Applicant Tracking Systems such as Ceridian Dayforce
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; and preferred experience using Microsoftโs Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) or Access
- Experience in database development and/or management
- Familiarity with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources processes and systems
- Experience in developing and/or maintaining a relational database such as Microsoft Access, AirTable, or similar preferred
