Job Description

If you're looking for the flexibility in your career this could be the perfect role. We have a unique HRIS opportunity on our People Insights team supporting our HR group. This role works directly with the Director of People Insights to support key HR stakeholders to develop and deliver best-in-class HR systems solutions. We're looking for someone who loves continual innovation to streamline our HR processes, as well as these functions:

  • Administer Workday Business Processes, Security and Reporting
  • Provide technical support and functional expertise to support Workday HCM, primarily within Benefits and Absence, but may also include Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Talent and/or Performance
  • Actively partner with People Solutions functional teams to consult, identify opportunities, design, and deliver best-in-class solutions that create efficiencies
  • Participate in reviewing biannual Workday releases; develop, test, train and deploy new Workday functionality
  • Provide technical support for additional HR Systems, as required.
  • Develop reports and audits to ensure data integrity and improve firm performance.
  • Identify trends or root cause behaviors for issues and errors, and manage potential solutions
  • Resolve escalated user issues and ensure delivery of high-quality customer service
  • Communicate effectively throughout the organization utilizing strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Maintain confidentiality, integrity and professionalism as it pertains to all job responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of HRIS or related experience
  • Workday HCM experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills required
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
