The HRIS Specialist will support the HR management team and global HR associates to deliver the services, systems, and first-class HR support that help our colleagues succeed. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and HR partners to monitor, organize, and maintain our systems and records. You’ll be learning from your co-workers and our partners, thriving in our fast-paced and evolving global landscape.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR HRIS SPECIALIST:- As a key player in data governance, you’ll ensure the integrity of global HR data and reporting completeness
- Support the implementation of future HR software and applications
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to our internal HR team
- Serve as first contact to employee inquiries regarding HRIS navigation
- Develop and document SOPs and user guidelines
- Support business requests and special projects for the HR management team
- Assist with configuring global HR processes related to performance and time management, onboarding, payroll, and benefits
- Organize and audit HR and employee files in multiple systems
- At least 3 years experience with HRIS system
- Experience with data auditing and running reports from HRIS systems
- Able to work with confidential information professionally, responsibly
- Attention to detail and accuracy is critical
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products
- Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals
- Strong work ethic, ability to manage multiple priorities, drive results
- Experience with UKG Pro and/or Workday is a plus
The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
