Hino assembles medium-duty trucks at its Mineral Wells, West Virginia plant. Its manufacturing facilities in Marion, Arkansas produces axles, knuckles and suspension components. Hino's Parts Distribution Center in Mira Loma, California supplies Latin American and Caribbean distributors with genuine Hino service parts.

HMMUSA is currently seeking a HRIS Analystfor our HR/Admin department located in Marion, AR reporting directly to the Manager, Compensation & Benefits (located at Corporate HQ in Novi, MI).

What you will be doing:

• The HRIS Analyst is an intermediate position within the HRIS Department.
• The primary focus of this position is to support the Human Resource Management Team as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

Required Education & Experience to be successful in this position:

• Minimum of 5 years payroll experience
• Associates Degree or Payroll Certification required with experience
• Automotive experience highly preferred
• Bachelor Degree preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, i.e. pivot tables, charts/graphs, macros
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Access and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated working knowledge with ADP or other Payroll systems
• Experience working in a team environment and collaborating to achieve results in a timely manner
• Experience in collecting, analyzing, documenting and reporting data to solve complex business processes.
• Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
• Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Self-starter; self-motivated
• Ability to manage competing priorities
