Collaborating closely with our Enterprise, Trading and Business Teams, you will be helping the People and Public Facing teams by identifying and implementing optimal solutions, facilitating their productivity, and actively contributing to global application migrations within these domains.

What you’ll do:
As a HRIS Support Analyst within our Global People and Public Facing Applications team, you will be instrumental in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing our systems to align with the People and Public Facing team(s) vision. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and offering comprehensive solutions to ensure seamless system usage. You will be the first line of support to our People and Public Facing Team(s).
- Monitoring a wide range of development issue tickets within a ticketing system and consistently addressing and resolving these tickets for our stakeholders.
- Contributing to the development of best practices, documentation, and training materials to facilitate user adoption and knowledge sharing.
- Proactively support users through training and communication; identify and independently propose plans to tackle end user knowledge gaps
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the People systems landscape, streamline workflows, and drive efficiency in processes
- Support in requirements gathering and testing
- Engaging in a supportive learning environment where you'll receive mentorship and training to expand your knowledge
Who you are:
- 1+ years of experience in people systems management, including HRIS administration and support
- Proficiency in using systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Culture Amp, HubSpot and similar products
- Experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems is a plus; experience using Confluence is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and previous experience with auditing data a plus
- Advanced excel skills with proven experience in functions such as Index Match
- Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- A pragmatic, logical thinker with a problem-solving and user-first mentality
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
- Comfortable in collaborating with cross-functional teams on a global level
