Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a strategic HRIS Systems Analyst to cultivate strong business relationships and oversee the daily operations of some of our HR technologies including managing our recruiting system. A successful candidate will partner extensively with cross-functional teams nurture key stakeholder relationships and drive the effective use and performance of our systems.
This role is ideal for a forward-thinking systems expert at aligning technology with strategy to foster efficiency innovation and business results. This role will report within the HR Enablement team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Technology Strategy & Implementation
    • Lead AI-driven initiatives to enhance efficiency decision-making and overall system effectiveness
    • Research and recommend emerging tools to improve operational performance
    • Drive adoption and implementation of new and existing tools system enhancements and process improvements by gathering feedback
    • Develop and deliver training resources to support end-users and maximize technology utilization
  • System Administration & Optimization
    • Provide governance over systems ensuring user access security and data integrity
    • Monitor and analyze system utilization identifying opportunities for improvement
    • Execute system updates and enhancements configurations and troubleshooting
  • Integration & Process Automation
    • Oversee system integrations and partner with IT and vendors to ensure seamless implementation and maintenance
    • Document and refine workflows to optimize functionality and scalability
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
    • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with leaders and stakeholders acting as a primary technology partner and advisor for their system needs
    • Provide insights on system performance and adoption to support data-driven decision-making

Skills Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems HR Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting systems administration HRIS or a similar role

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of system integrations APIs and middleware tools (e.g. Workato Mulesoft)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting system data and performance metrics
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts effectively to business teams
  • Familiarity with recruiting workflows and best practices is a plus

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72350.00/Year - $103400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
