HR/Operations Associate

We are looking for an HR/Operations Associate to join our growing office. This position is office based Monday-Thursday with optional work from home on Fridays. 

This position will work with the operations team and the Global Director of HR to complete a wide variety of tasks and projects to help the office run efficiently. Some of the tasks will include: assisting in the onboarding of new employees; maintaining supplies of office materials and snacks; arranging travel for teams; improving procedures and administrative tasks; creating and managing vendor relationships; and other duties as assigned. Our ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working on teams to accomplish tasks, someone who likes to proactively solve problems and who enjoys variety in their day to day responsibilities.
