We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a HS Sales SupportCoordinator on our Health Solutions team. This position can be hybrid (working from both office and home), with a schedule to be determined by business needs.

As a HS Sales SupportCoordinator you will provide effective sales administrative support to assist the accountmanagement team with onboarding new customers and retaining the customers weserve; contributing to Health Solutions' revenue and customer growthobjectives. This position performs administrative, operational and customersupport duties that require independent initiative and judgment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

CustomerSupport

  • Maintains working knowledge of HS products, licensing processes and licensing models to support customer inquiries, and assist sales and account management teams in resolving customer issues. Provides Support to all products lines.
  • Assist customers with the AMA Portal documentation upload process. Ensures that customer documents are uploaded accurately and in a timely manner to avoid AMA late fees.
  • Escalate customer issues to the appropriate salesperson when necessary.
  • Support customer AR reporting requirements and proactively manage payment status.
  • Ensures all customer information is up to date for key accounts and logging customer interactions/ activities in CRM.
  • Captures own customer interactions in Salesforce.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships.

AdministrativeSupport

  • Track payment status of past due invoices for specific product lines (credentialing subscriptions) and provide required documentation (i.e. order form, W9).
  • Provide sales and account management teams with Power BI customer reports used to conduct analysis for product pricing, identifying new opportunities, etc.

May include other responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. 3+ years of professional experience working customer service or a related field
  3. Proficient with Microsoft 365/Office Suite
  4. Experience with Salesforce a plus
  5. Ability to use resources effectively to generate solutions
  6. Customer oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  7. Well-organized, diligent, and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  8. Personal sense of responsibility and accountability
  9. AMA's safety and policy protocols require proof of full vaccination against COVID19 for employment at AMA (including booster when eligible). Employees may apply for a religious or medical exemption from getting the vaccine.
