Job Purpose:

To provide functional expertise to HSO’s Dynamics 365 customers both nationally and internationally. Reporting to Head of Functional Services

Key Responsibilities

• Helps & works with Sr consultants on client projects.
• Manages time and tasks on projects.
• Works toward learning new modules / technologies as per the project requirements.
• Helps freshers to learn and train on the product.
• Mentor junior Test Engineers.
• Ensure utilization to meet HSO's standards. 

• Understanding of STLC, SDLC, Bug life cycle.
• Thorough hands-on experience with all the levels of testing including Smoke, Usability, Functional, Integration, Regression, Re-testing, User Acceptance and System Testing.
• Must have good working experience in various Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules.
• Experience in understanding customer requirements, user stories and convert them to Test scenarios/Test Cases.
• Experience in Azure DevOps.
• Review Test cases.
