itionally, you will provide expertise and guidance on best practices for Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and integration with other systems.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with data migration team to understand their business processes and requirements.

Design and develop customized solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Customize and configure Dynamics 365 to meet client needs, including forms, workflows, entities, and reports.

Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications as needed.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to data migration team

Conduct technical assessments and recommend solutions to address the challenges.

Develop documentation, including technical specifications, configuration guides, release notes and training materials.

Assist with system testing, deployment, and support activities.

Project governance and leadership qualifications.

Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices in Dynamics 365 and related technologies.

Collaborate with other regions on data migration methodologies and process to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 technically and functionally, including customization, configuration, and integration.

Proficiency in programming languages such as X++, javascript, SQL server, SSRS

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Familiarity with SQL Server and database concepts.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
