Job Description

Salary Range: $50,000k - $62,000k (depending on experience)

The ideal candidate will:

• Coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure compliance with I.T. governance, software configuration, and program updates to each location within the program. 
• Work closely with the Project Managers and the corporate shared services team to promote communication across the team and company while implementing the best I.T. practices. 
• Coordinates with corporate resources to ensure the quality standards are met. 
• Regularly prepares and delivers presentations and briefings as required.
• Provide integration, analysis, design, development, documentation, and implementation assistance to program leadership.
• Support the training of team members in Database Management, ensuring they understand the process and concept for all deliverables.
• Support HSPD-12 enrollments and activations of SmartID cards.
• Troubleshoots hardware and software issues.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of I.T. support experience focusing on end-user software support, database management, software deployment, and software and hardware troubleshooting is required.
• Able to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of clients and team members.
• Able to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks. 
• Display organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and GSA scheduling tool (preferred). 

Physical Requirements:

• The role primarily involves sedentary work.
• There may be occasional instances of stair climbing.
• Periodic standing and/or walking for extended durations may be required.
• Occasional activities include reaching, squatting, bending, pulling, grasping, holding, and lifting objects weighing 25 - 30 lbs.
• Requires typing for most of the day.
• Effective communication through frequent periods of talking and listening is essential

Education:

• 2 years of college education is required; a college degree is preferred.

Clearance Requirement:

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of clearance.
