This role is crucial in ensuring our marketing strategies are efficiently implemented and optimized for success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure HubSpot to maximize its capabilities for various marketing campaigns.
• Set up and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and personalization strategies.
• Create and manage workflows to automate marketing processes and improve efficiency.
• Design and implement engaging landing pages and forms that drive conversions.
• Administer the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and proper user management.
• Provide insights and analytics on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Train team members on HubSpot best practices and features.

• Proven experience working as a HubSpot Expert or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot tools including email marketing, CRM, landing pages, and automation.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation strategies and best practices.
• Ability to devise effective segmentation, targeting, and lead management strategies.
• Experience with analytics and reporting to measure campaign performance.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams.
• Certification in HubSpot is highly desirable.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
