Position Summary:

The HubSpot Specialist/Marketing Strategist supports the inbound marketing efforts by executing client marketing and sales enablement activities within HubSpot and Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Own HubSpot across the sales and marketing teams and ensure HubSpot is being leveraged to its fullest potential.
  • Collaborate with content team to create and optimize nurture campaigns that engage B2B audiences at all stages of their buyer's journey.
  • Create and manage workflows, sequences, forms, and email campaigns, call to action, landing pages, etc. within the HubSpot platform.
  • Segment lists based on behaviors, such as, past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc).
  • Regularly analyze HubSpot and Salesforce databases and uncover opportunities for campaigns and tactics to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Create custom targeted customer profile lists within HubSpot for directed marketing campaigns.
  • Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these targeted customer lists to convert leads into customers.
  • Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email sends.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality within the Salesforce CRM system by implementing data validation rules, data cleansing activities, and data migration as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to define and effectuate lead lifecycle stages and sales funnel stages.
