We are looking for a Director to help continuethe growth of our practice while solving the complex human capital problems theNorth American middle market faces throughout the entire employee lifecycle andfocusing on HR transformation and workforce optimization. You will help ourclients assess and optimize the effectiveness of their human resourcesfunctions and create return on their human capital investment. This role can bebased in other cities in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Drive, lead and participate in the development of proposals andbusiness development activities
• Assist in developing new market relevant tools, methodologies,products and deliverables for the rapidly changing human resources industry
• Lead and participate in the design and execution of projects tohelp optimize all elements of the organization including HR transformation, HRoutsourcing, HRIS implementation, organizational design, strategic workforceplanning, and talent attraction and retention
• Coach, lead and develop other members of the team in projectactivities as well as their general career growth and development
• Lead and oversee engagements and project financials
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users
• Provide analysis, development, and documentation of improvementopportunities
• Facilitate user workshops to gather and document business needs,requirements, weaknesses, and challenges
• Continuously learn to better understand RSM's array of services,with the intent to enhance value to our clients
• Effectively document and communicate your insights and plans tocross-functional team members and management
• Provide thought leadership through presentations or writing suchas blogs or RSM content either individually or jointly with other RSM teammembers
• Network internally and externally to develop sales opportunities
• Manage multiple projects and project teams to deliver exceptionalclient experience

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience
• Previous human capital consulting experience from a professionalservices or CPA firm
• Understanding of the HR function and capabilities includingprocesses, technology, operating model design, strategic competencies, andpolicies in the US
• Experience in leading HR transformation, HR outsourcing,Organizational Assessment & Design, workforce optimization, and talentattraction and retention
• Functional understanding of HRIS systems
• Experiencein at least two of the following focus areas:
• HR technology selection
• Organizational design
• HR compensation and payroll
• HR policies and compliance
• Strategic workforce planning
• Employee experience
• Mergers & acquisitions
• Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the US and Canada
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Developmentand Leadership, Management, or Finance from an accredited university
