Position Summary
Arcesium seeks an exceptional Human Capital Generalist Intern to join our Human Capital (HC) team for the summer. The HC team is responsible for managing people experience at Arcesium. The goal of our summer internship program is to give exposure to a wide range of current HC Operations projects. Both undergraduate and graduate students of all years are welcome and encouraged to apply. The intern will work with members of the HC team, as well as members of senior management.
Responsibilities- Assist with implementation of on-going HC Operations and Benefits projects- Create strategic proposals that balance academic research with practical application- Help with HC reporting, data entry, record keeping, or analysis as directed by the HC team- Assist the HC team in any employee onboarding and offboarding related matters- Assist with ad hoc HC special projects
Qualifications- The ideal candidate should be pursuing a major in human resource management, or related field- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills- Agile and creative mindset and the ability to multi-task
