Position

We are seeking a 2023 Summer Intern for the Human Capital team. This position will be part of our Pretium Summer Internship Program. Our program includes formal PowerPoint and Excel training as well as other learning programs, and the internship will provide a unique experience and invaluable look into a rapidly growing asset manager, working with industry leaders on meaningful projects. Interns will have the opportunity to make significant professional contributions while developing expertise in a dynamic team environment. This position is based in New York City aligning to our hybrid in office policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Recruiting team with interview preparation and scheduling
• Contribute to planning firm events
• Research market data and present to the team
• Run analytical reporting data
• Draft firmwide communications

Requirements

• Candidate must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (rising Senior / Class of 2024)
• GPA 3.2 or above preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, especially Word and Outlook
• Highly proactive with a dedicated work ethic and ability to work both independently as well as  part of a team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
• Passion to use data and collaborate with others
• Interest in Human Capital, Human Resources and Talent as a possible career path
• Openness to learning

Compensation for this role for a candidate based in New York City is expected to be paid at an hourly rate between $36.06 - $40.87.
