POSITION OVERVIEW

KKR is seeking a Talent Development Coordinator to be based in New York.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the global Talent Development team in covering training related tasks e.g. vendor scheduling, logistics, budgeting, reporting as well as support communication planning, and execution on a global level; this includes virtual classroom training scheduling and delivery support
  • Support learning solutions and experiences across the firm for all employee populations
  • Lead the firm’s Early Career employee experience: program management, design and execution of learning & development opportunities, orientation program, and integration activities
  • Support implementation and provide project management for Talent Development initiatives including Executive Coaching engagements, Manager Development, Leadership Development, Promotion Programs, New Hire Experience, Culture Panels, and Employee Integration activities
  • Research best practices and make recommendations for learning enhancements
  • Create project related quality PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets for senior stakeholders and provide regular updates
  • Plan and schedule project tasks to ensure timely delivery of development programs
  • Liaise with external providers including coaches, facilitators, and vendors

QUALIFCATIONS

  • 1-3 years of relevant HR experience in a professional or financial services firm, with a proven track record of supporting simultaneous processes and working across/coordinating among multiple functions within an organization
  • Highly organized, very detail oriented, proactive problem-solver, and solution-oriented
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, conceptual thinker with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear messages and executable plans
  • Self-starter – “rolls up sleeves to get things done”; has high energy; a strong work ethic; displays the ability to work independently” and be creative
  • Team-player: willing to pitch-in when needed to help on projects; enjoys working in a collaborative and collegial environment; humble and enthusiastic with the desire to learn
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience working within Human Resources Information Systems (Workday or equivalent) preferred

SALARY RANGE

It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $85,000 to $105,000.  Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
