Job Description

The Year Round Internship Program offers a hands-on internship for students who are interesting in working in a manufacturing environment. The Year Round Internship Program targets students enrolled in HR, Psychology and/or Business Administration degreed programs.

Every intern receives a department project. In addition, the intern will support in other daily tasks and projects of a greenfield tire plant.

During the internship, the interns will gather in-depth knowledge of:• how a large greenfield (startup) manufacturing facility operates• Opportunity to interfaces with other departments through Business Team Structure • Defined project with charter, sponsor, and support team

Job Requirements

Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited degree program in one of the following fields:
• Human Resources or related studies

Available to provide own housing for the duration of the internship in Jackson, MS, metro area

Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
