Human Resource Business Partner
Job Description
As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with managers and employees in designated business units. Reporting to the Manager of Employee Experience, you will cultivate partnerships across the People Operations function to deliver value-added service that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

What you will work on:
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides day-to-day performance management and employee relations guidance to management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the People Operations group to develop solutions and programs.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of policy and legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
What you bring:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues in a Human Resource environment
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.
- Proficient with Workday or related software.
