Human Resource Consultant

Job Title: HR Consultant

Job Description And Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing Overseas Branch Setup Consulting
• Managing Compensation & Benefits Policy Consulting for the clients
• Lead Talent Recruiting efforts 
• Overseeing Employer Branding initiatives on a day-to-day basis
• Act as a staffing consultant and responsible for client relationship management 
• Support Payroll management and EOR services for the clients
• Collaborate with locally based clients in English and Dutch and also with internal team in China

Job Requirement :

• Experience in HR Consultant Services, especially in EOR, TA, Staffing area for 3 years
• BD, Key Account, Client management experience preferred
• Understand local Labor laws, Payroll processes, with HR management expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English, with Dutch as a plus
