Employee Relations Associate

Department: Human Resources Job Status: Full-Time Reports to: Human Resources Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

Perform various Human Resources activities. The ideal candidate will have strong written, oral, communication, organization, and facilitation skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Offering counseling services to employees.
• Participating in termination processes.
• Communicating policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits.
• Conducting exit interviews.
• Collecting and analyzing employee data.
• Adhering to regulatory standards.
• Employee orientation and training follow-up.
• Liaising between employees and management.
• Managing employee complaints.
• Performs all other duties as necessary for the effectiveness of the Huntsville office

EDUCATION:

Associates degree or 2 years of experience in the field of Human Resources or Employee Relations.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Computer literate; proficient with Microsoft Windows, HRIS systems, MS Office programs, and applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer.

MTM manufacturing facility, located in Huntsville, AL.
