DESCRIPTION
The HR Administrator will support team members and leaders in the execution of human resource programs and administration. Important areas of participation will include front-line recruitment, orientation, training, and travel coordination, coupled with admin support, when required.
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION

  • 2+ years of general office administrative experience.
  • 2+ years Human Resource experience.
  • Minimum 1 year recruiting experience.
  • Industry-related experience preferred but not required.
  • Dependable and reliable with your job requirements and attendance.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to prioritize workloads and deliver results.
  • Positive attitude, high degree of personal accountability and endless curiosity.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal & diplomacy skills.
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work well within a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Intermediate proficiency with the following software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and feel comfortable working with social media applications.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, however, other duties may apply)

  • Provides front-line recruitment support for all Opla field and shop employees, this includes maintaining job postings with our electronic applicant tracking system and screening resumes for high potential candidates.
  • Organizes and plans professional interviews for applicants and management to be able to participate in.
  • Coordinates pre-employment testing requirements and eVerify for employee records and files, as required.
  • Conducts new hire orientation.
  • Creates, tracks and maintains all documentation for employee records and files as required.
  • Creates employees and maintains updated data in Bamboo HR database.
  • Coordinates all business travel for employees.
  • Participates in corporate communications, including but not limited to, social media content, email communications and other HR related communication materials.
  • Coordinates with Director of HR, annual benefit open enrollments.
  • Provides support to payroll for time tracking and training allowance data collection and reports.
  • Back up for Admin Coordinator role as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
