Human Resources Administrator
Job Description
PURPOSE STATEMENT
As an HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our people initiatives, drive for HR functional excellence and seek for process improvement. You must be proactive, integrate Rich's values/goals to motivate oneself and others. And have a Passion for excellence and desire to contribute to the growth of the company. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES
Administrative Services (70%)
- Organize and prepare complex documents and associate letters
- Responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.
- Develop and maintain efficient reporting, maintain recordkeeping, and keeping accurate up to date information
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects
- HR administration for internships, terminations, and changes in status
- Oversee new hire preparations and set-up, inclusive of orientation.
- Maintain team calendar and support the facilitation of team meetings.
- Coordinate travel and accommodations, as required
Clients - Customer Management (15%)
- Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Assist managers and associates with routine, day-to-day HR related questions, needs and inquires.
- Guide our teams to the right resources to ensure a quality and timely solution
HR Data Analytics and Insights (15%)
- Tell a story by delivering complex analyses of HR data
- Identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improve business performance.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Prior experience in, or passion for, Human Resources functions
- Ability to plan and manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously
- Experience working with and analyzing data
- Extremely well organized and structured
- Ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with all levels of internal and external colleagues
- Excellent mastering of all administrative and digital tools, including essential software, such as: Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
