Human Resources Analyst
Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Build and promote People Analytics & Workforce Reporting strategy, support model and execution including identifying and improving metrics/KPIs to support our overall global nVent strategy
- Build strong relationships and collaborate directly with internal stakeholders including Business leaders and HR business partners to determine reporting and business requirements
- Develop in partnership with PA Manager analytics deliverables (e.g. Board Reporting, People and Culture Scorecard, etc.)
- Lead monthly and quarterly reporting processes
- Lead the execution of ad hoc manual requests from stakeholders
- Assist and support training and education within the HR community regarding access, use, and insight examples to further our data driven culture
- Generate insights to yield valuable organizational, functional and segment actions
- Stay abreast of larger trends and technologies in the People Analytics field
YOU HAVE:
- 3+ years analytics experience, preferably within Human Resources or People Reporting capacity
- Bachelor's Degree
- Tableau and/or dashboard creation & data visualization skills preferred
- Proficient HRIS skills, preferably Workday
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including V Lookups and Pivot Tables
- Strategic thinker with strong practical judgment
- Strong organizational skills, particularly in managing multiple project priorities simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate with and influence peers
