Human Resources and Office Administrative Assistant

Position Summary:
The Human Resources and Administrative Assistant will provide a wide range of administrative and Human Resources support to ensure the smooth control and functioning of the office.

This position will give support in different administrative tasks related to the control, maintenance and correct performing of our offices while supporting the Human Resources department in all types of administrative functions related to the good organization and documentary control of personnel.ย
Duties and Responsabilities
- Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and errands.
- Perform clerical duties to help the office run smoothly and efficiently.
- Responsible for managing office services by ensuring that office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved, and that clerical functions are properly done.
- Coordinate travel for executives and staff from other offices who need to visit the Tijuana office.
- Coordinate meeting requirements and logistics for executives and staff coming from other locations.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord.
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Execution and control of Official Mexican Standard NOM-035 (Norma oficial mexicana NOM-35).
- Collect the necessary signatures on all work documents.
- Support in all archiving activities, document collection from employees.
- Help and support in necessary administrative tasks of the Human Resources department.
- Help organize social events and activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of two yearsโ experience with HR or office administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information while respecting confidentiality.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask.
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bi-Lingual English/Spanish.
- Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated team player with a strong desire for success.
