We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant with a strong focus on supporting the recruitment process and maintaining efficient HR operations. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for contributing to a growing HR team, weβd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting Assistance:
- Assist the HR Director with the recruitment process, including posting job ads on various platforms, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications.
- Help screen resumes and process candidate information in our applicant tracking system (Smart Recruiters).
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to provide updates and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Data Entry and Management:
- Accurately input and manage employee and candidate data in our HRIS (ADP RUN).
- Regularly update and maintain employee and recruitment records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Assist with regular HR audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of all HR and recruitment-related information.
Employee and Candidate Communication:
- Act as a point of contact for both employees and candidates regarding HR policies, recruitment updates, and onboarding.
- Draft and distribute company communications, recruitment updates, and announcements.
- Support new hire orientations and guide candidates through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
General HR Support:
- Assist with benefits administration and respond to related employee inquiries.
- Provide administrative support for the HR department, including maintaining confidential files and handling sensitive information.
- Perform other HR and recruitment-related duties as assigned to support the team.
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ADP RUN, and Smart Recruiters.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on candidate and employee engagement.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A team player with a proactive approach to solving problems and supporting the HR team.
