We are looking for an HR Business Partner to help support our growing team!
Alarm.com is looking for an exceptional HR professional to serve as a consultant and partner, who is dynamic, an organized self-starter to join our Human Resources team at our CORE office in Bloomington, MN.  CORE is dedicated to providing a Best in the World technical support and customer service to our partners and legacy subscribers. The person who will thrive in this role has a growth mindset with a passion for interacting with and understanding employees at all levels. Responsibilities
- Provide HR programmatic support, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the Customer Support organization.
- Be a trusted advisor to managers, and individual team members to help them deliver their best work every single day and coach on a variety of people issues.
- Provide HR guidance and support in the areas of performance management, employee relations, development and coaching, and organizational development. Play a key role in assisting with performance concerns, conduct issues, and disciplinary actions.
- Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions. Monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
- Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue. Design and implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions.
- Advise and direct on matters related to compliance and employment law
- Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Operations teams to implement solutions and help scale the business.
Qualifications
- 4+ years’ relevant experience in an HR role
- Able to balance multiple time-sensitive deliverables and effectively prioritize, organize, and manage time
- Proven employee relations experience, with the ability to manage delicate situations with fairness and appropriate outcomes
- Strong client-service focus and ability to build and manage relationships across different levels and functions
- Proactive and results-oriented with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Commitment to excellence and high level of integrity; ability to exercise strict confidentiality and sound judgement
- Prior experience supporting hourly employee client groups (call center environments) is a plus
- Experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment
- PHR or SPHR strongly preferred
