Nike USA, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Facilitate company human resource organization diagnostics to drive organizational effectiveness through talent, organizational capability and culture, and building internal talent potential. Manage and guide organizational design, development and change management solutions in partnership and support from the COEs. Develop strategic workforce plans that are aligned with business strategies and objectives. Establish and oversee talent strategies that align to business plans; and build organizational alignment and capability through development and/or facilitation of appropriate senior leader focused interventions; such as, team effectiveness, goal development and alignment, and manager capability. Coach senior management team on complex leadership and Human Resources issues including performance goals and talent implications of business decisions while leading successful implementation of company initiatives and HR processes. Direct COEs in the shaping of appropriate and innovative HR solutions by facilitating the application of diagnosis skills and core metrics to guide the unit towards HRMS data accuracy. Accountable for data integrity/accuracy to include headcount management.
Applicant must have a Master degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration and Seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include the following:
