The Role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with mid-level managers and business leaders across the US. This position will play a critical role in partnering with the business to drive operational excellence, including employee relations, performance management, coaching, compensation, conflict management and organizational design. The HRBP will excel at working in a fast-paced environment, thrive on creating and innovating, and have strong intellectual curiosity with the ability to drive initiatives forward despite any roadblocks. Success in this position requires the ability to gain trust and respect of our business leaders and effectively engage, collaborate, and have a positive and lasting impact on them and their teams.
How You'll Help Take Us There
- Partner with mid-level managers and leadership to understand business priorities and develop HR strategies that align with firm-wide and team-specific strategic objectives.
- Drive HR change management initiatives across the business related to hiring, talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
- Function as a trusted advisor to managers, conduct employee investigations, and provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., workforce planning, performance management, and attrition) to identify trends, aid in decision-making and provide proactive solutions to the business.
- Coach and mentor managers on effective performance management practices, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with managers and leadership to identify skill gaps and development needs within the various functions of the organization.
- Be proactive in supporting managers, employees, and the broader HR team in creating an environment where all people are valued, respected, and have an equal opportunity to succeed
- Collaborate with the Global HRBP team along with HR Ops, Compensation, Organizational Development and Recruitment to ensure company-wide success of people programs and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies and participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking for Â
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of experience working as a Human Resources Business Partner, preferably supporting Technology and/or Sales organizations
- Experience with onboarding, talent management and development, retention, off-boarding, and diversity and inclusion practices
- Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective relationships with all levels of leadership, employees, and peers locally and virtually
- Analytical with strong curiosity, creative thinking and solution focused
- Experience handling employee relations issues and conflict management
- Effective coaching and facilitation skills, along with the ability to influence colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint); Power BI/Tableau a plus

For job positions in NYC, NY, and other locations where required, the estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $115,000 USD to $150,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for annual cash incentives, equity, and other benefit programs.
