Human Resources Business Partner

Job Description

Malin is looking for an experienced, multi-faceted HR Business Partner to join our dedicated team that supports our hard-working and dedicated associates. This individual will serve as a trustworthy, credible resource that provides guidance and support to associates, and liaison between People Services and various department leadership across the company.

The HRBP will have a solid understanding of overall organizational operations to collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies, programs and approaches that support the achievement of Malin's objectives and promote a positive work culture.

Experience and skills to be considered include:

• Bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience
• Minimum 4 years' experience resolving complex employee relations issues
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
• Reputation of partnership and collaboration with employees and leadership at various levels and backgrounds
• Analytical skills and ability to identify trends
• Demonstrated ability to utilize HRIS and web-based workflow systems at intermediate to advanced level to optimize functions
• Advanced communication with consultative approach
• Ethical and confidentiality practice
