Our Human Resources team partners with our leaders, associates and the functional areas of HR with the goal of providing Business Partner support enabling our associates and company to exceed organizational goals .
About the position:
Take advantage of this amazing opportunity to join a World Class HR team and business! As a part of the Raymond HR Business Partner team, you'll partner with a group of leaders and associates to attract, retain, manage performance and develop our most important asset - our associates.
- Your passion and experience partnering with leaders to engage associates at all levels to achieve and exceed business goals.
- Provide support to all facets of new employee onboarding (3rd Party Staffing, interview scheduling, facilitating pre-employment testing, onboarding, new employee orientation)
- Manage badge access and program access for associates.
- Manage site communications via Digital Communication Board
- Outstanding competencies including: consulting, coaching, ethics and integrity, business acumen
This is an onsite position in Lebanon, Indiana.
About you:
- A Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or other related field is preferred.
- Two or more years of related experience is required.
It would be great if you had:
- Professional designations preferred (e.g. PHR, CEBS, etc.)
- Experience with ADP or similar HRIS/ATS systems is preferred
- Experience working across multiple business units is preferred
- Experience working in a Manufacturing or Warehouse environment is preferred.
About the total compensation package:
Wage:$25.00 - $32.00 per hour. Compensation will be based on the combination of the candidate's experience and education.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or other related field is preferred.
- Two or more years of related experience is required.
- SPHR certification or other related HR certificates are preferred.
