The Role

As an HRBP reporting to the Director, Engagement you will work with the HR Team, Employees, and Leadership to create an environment where employees and candidates want to work, realize their full potential, and can be successful as their true authentic selves. 


What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with the HR team to lead key HR objectives and programs including: performance management, career pathing,  training and development, employee relations, compliance, and additional efforts related to the employee experience
  • Serve as a business partner in supporting the business as it relates to our people, leaders, culture and organizational effectiveness
  • Develop, maintain and demonstrate working knowledge of the business and provide creative solutions to align with departmental priorities
  • Support the development and implementation of job leveling guides ensuring equitable evaluation and development opportunities
  • Deliver learning and development programs to prepare employees for more significant responsibilities as the company grows and to help our leaders become stronger managers
  • Partner with managers and employees to address and resolve employee relations issues and concerns, including taking corrective action and conducting internal investigations as needed
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance and coaching to leaders (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Conducts exit and/or stay interviews, compiling information and providing upwards feedback as required.
  • Integrate and partner with HR Team/Committees in Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Culture & Communication, and others as necessary
  • Maintains confidentiality with sensitive information, documents, e-mails, and in handling employee relations issues, inquiries, complaints, and accommodations 
  • Provides advice and interpretation on company policies and procedures, and coordinates the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural issues and inquiries  

What You Need to Succeed

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant Business Partner experience
  • Solid desire and ability to improve processes, build relationships, and make Bloomerang better.
  • Expertise in people/HR policies & procedures - and a track record of prioritizing, defining, developing, and rolling out scalable HR solutions that address the needs of the business
  • Track record of influencing mid-level and/or senior management 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and related software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong ability to follow up in a timely manner
  • Self-driven, motivated, analytical, and able to proactively identify opportunities to contribute to the team's success
  • High level of integrity as well as personal accountability

Compensation


The salary range for this position is: $89,500 - $121,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.


Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
