About the Role:

We are looking for a HR Business Partner reporting into the Associate Director of HR Business Partnering who can help us in driving meaningful programs across our organisation. You will partner with our corporate head office functional leaders to conceptualize and and realize their people plans to ensure global alignment.

You Will:
  • Build leadership capabilities through talent strategies
  • Develop people and talent strategies to complement or improve our existing onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning, and total rewards programs
  • Amplify our outstanding, culture and improve our talent brand
  • Partner with leaders to understand our needs and provide direction that inspires decisions
  • Empower senior leadership to take accountability for the challenges within their organisations
  • Advise and collaborate with client groups on organisational design, team efficiency, and integration
  • Provide policy interpretation, counselling, and training for employees and managers on programs and procedures; ensure fairness and legal compliance
  • Perpetuate a person-centred culture through a passion to build high employee engagement

You Have:
  • Dynamic, diverse HR experience scaling organizations from hundreds to thousands of employees
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership
  • Experience working at both private and public organisations
  • Understanding of people dynamics, organisational strategy and talent processes
  • The desire to push the status quo and find efficiencies to create impacting strategies
  • Have a bias towards working in partnership
