Our proprietary platform supports the largest and most diverse clinical community in the New York tri-state area and provides our team of therapists with the technologies, methodologies, and training needed to focus on what matters most: improving lives.

The HR Business Partner reports to the VP People and will help drive the company's HR strategy, employee engagement, performance management, and training and development programs for their respective division. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and innovative thinker with a strong background in HR and a passion for developing high-quality programs, tools, and resources. We strongly focus on employee experience, and our People Team is committed to supporting and enhancing our culture and journey. We are looking for one HRBP for our Corporate division and one HRBP for our Clinician (Therapist) division.

This role will be remote with quarterly in-person meetings to experience and strategize one-on-one with the team.

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand your business groups and partner with business leaders.
  • Act as a mentor, coach, and confidant to our leadership throughout the organization by guiding the team through rapid growth
  • Oversee performance management of their division- ensuring exemplary performance standards and clarity.
  • Use internal and external resources to build out programs within employee experience, learning, and engagement.
  • Manage recruitment for their specified division.
  • Guide leadership, in partnership with our subject matter experts, on all aspects of HR, including but not limited to organizational design, employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design and execute programs that drive leadership development, such as mentorship programs, leadership training, and professional development workshops.
  • Build credibility and trust by providing a solid and visible HR presence with executives, people managers, and employees. Take a hands-on approach to all things HR related while successfully monitoring the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
  • Coach and develop leaders, guiding HR best practices, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador to promote a positive environment that is inclusive, high performing, and creative.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner, focusing on performance management, training and development, and employee engagement.
  • Solutions-focused with impeccable judgment in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Excellent people and business operational acumen; comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Adept at building and implementing HR programs (training, learning, engagement) from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong coaching and leadership development skills, with experience developing and coaching leaders.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and regulations, including performance management, compensation, and benefits.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high-growth, global organization within a SaaS or high-technology environment.
  • SHRM or PHR is preferred but not required
