Job Description
The HR Business Partner II (HRBP) is a seasoned HR advisor directly aligned to support specific business lines and/or markets (may be geographically dispersed) by partnering with various leadership teams on talent initiatives. The HRBP collaborates with leadership to influence and execute on business strategies improving the workplace by aligning people initiatives with market, business, and corporate endeavors. The HRBP has an understanding of the Bank's financial position, culture and competition, as well as a clear understanding of specific business strategic and tactical plans.

How You'll Spend Your Time
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business related field or Human Resources and 8+ years of experience in human resources, employee relations or business related experiences. PHR, SPHR, CEBS, CCP and other human resource certifications are highly desirable. Current or previous financial services company experience is highly desired. Experience operating in an environment that stresses both individual and accountability and team based performance is critical.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You will serve as a trusted partner to the supported business line and/or market executives, applying strong knowledge of business strategies.
- You will implement HR services and programs in partnership with our HR Centers of Expertise to support organizational growth and initiatives.
- You will establish partnerships with the line of business management and other stakeholders to assist with human capital challenges and needs.
- You will support a culture that drives engagement and inclusion by promoting impact planning and development initiatives to drive higher levels of engagement and improved financial results.
- You will participate in community and professional activities to enhance BOKF's image and expand your personal network of business and community contacts.
