Responsibilities:
- Works closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development
- Anticipate business requirements, thereby ensuring that the HR team contributes to the bottom line through development and delivery of appropriate people solutions, and understanding of commercial and business priorities
- Develop manager and leader capability through effective coaching and partnering
- Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach
- Mentor leaders through various people related matters such as organizational development, growth, and change programs
- Guide the organization through company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., performance review, compensation planning, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, recruitment, organizational change, etc.)
- Assists senior management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives
- Strong engagement through the entire recruitment and onboarding cycle
- Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors' degree in business, psychology, or a related field, and at least 7 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role
- Experience of working within a fast paced, diverse, and constantly evolving business
- Previous experience of partnering with technical as well as commercial groups, coupled with a proven understanding of the different challenges these teams face
- Proficiency in partnering with teams based in the United States and Canada, providing comprehensive HR support including organizational development, growth and change programs
- Proven confidentiality, judgement, decision making and prioritizing skills.
- Proven track record in juggling several priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and influencing skills, including ability to influence Leaders in remote locations
