Responsibilities:
The Campus Recruiting / Program, AVP role is a management level position that will be aligned to our Campus Recruiting function and work closely with variety of stakeholders, including but not limited to, Early Careers Talent Development team, HR Business Partners, Business CAOs/COOs and business specific Early Careers leads. They will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of our business specific end to end recruiting processes alongside tailored divisional content to support our full time Analysts for the duration of their program. This role will specifically support our Corporate, Marketing and BXTI businesses.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Strategy, execution and measurement of end-to-end recruiting and program management offerings and their alignment to business objectives
- Management responsibility for individual campus recruiter(s) and program manager(s) from a content delivery and development standpoint.
- Serve as primary point of contact with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners and key HR functions throughout the talent cycle
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting & program management techniques and technologies in order to be competitive and deliver best in class solutions
- Develop deep strategic relationships externally with universities and partner organizations to support hiring & program activity in both New York and Miami
- Individual contributor aligned to set tasks and projects
Qualifications and Experience:
- 8+ years of experience working in an HR environment; experience in Financial Services or Technology is preferred
- Prior experience with program management, program delivery, training and/or campus recruitment required
- Exceptional relationship building skills and client engagement
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage a team or individuals
- Experience in change management and process improvement
- Strong problem analysis and resolution skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and experience in maintaining data integrity
- Willingness to both design and execute programs and processes end to end
- Experience and proficiency using MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Strong team player; must develop relationships across all levels and throughout global HR team
- High level of professionalism

Expected annual base salary range:
$110,000 - $150,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
