The ideal candidates will be strategic thinkers with a deep understanding of HR best practices and the ability to implement effective solutions that align with our clients' business goals. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely with a preference for candidates based in the Phoenix, AZ area.

• Learning and Organizational Development Consultant
• Design and deliver tailored training programs for management and staff.
• Develop and execute employee development initiatives.
• Conduct organizational assessments and recommend development strategies.

What you need to qualify as an HR Consutlant

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
• Experience in executive coaching and strategic HR planning.
• Prior consulting experience with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
• 5-7 years HR experience Talent Managemnt and Organizational Development
