Job Description:
As an HR Coordinator at Oni Studios, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR functions, with a primary focus on recruiting, development, and onboarding. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient process in acquiring, developing, and integrating talent into our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with the human resources manager and department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Assist in the creation and posting of job listings on various platforms.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, assessments, and testing as needed.
- Maintain and organize candidate data and applications.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Development:
- Support the development and implementation of training and development programs.
- Schedule and organize training sessions and workshops.
- Maintain training records and track employee development progress.
- Assist in fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.
Onboarding:
- Prepare new hire documentation and orientation materials.
- Coordinate the logistics of the onboarding process for new employees.
- Assist in conducting orientation sessions and provide guidance to new hires.
- Ensure all required forms and paperwork are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling inquiries.
- Assist in the development and distribution of HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or a related role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
