This position will be based out of our New York office, with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.     


About the Team

Our Human Resources Department is an integral function responsible for the overall dynamic employee experience at KBRA. This role will partner closely with all members of the Human Resources team, KBRA department heads and hiring managers, as well as KBRA colleagues.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment of staff at all levels and all departments of the organization, including:
    • Draft job descriptions in conjunction with managers’ input
    • Manage scheduling for interviews (in-person and virtual)
    • Gather feedback from interviewers
    • Administer written interview assessments
    • Create requisitions and post jobs in applicant tracking system (ATS), job boards, LinkedIn, etc.
    • Provide ad-hoc recruiting reports
    • Greet and escort candidates upon arrival to onsite interviews
    • Draft offer letters and service agreements using provided templates
    • Onboard new hires and consultants, including processing background checks, preparing new hire materials, and inputting data into our HRIS
    • Submit IT alerts with new hire, transfer or employee exit details
    • Send weekly headcount activity alerts to relevant stakeholders
  • Own employee transactions in HRIS, such as manager changes, processing terminations and internal transfers, etc.
  • Update company organizational charts
  • Produce and maintain open headcount reports in Excel
  • Support summer internship program (recruitment, communications, etc.)
  • Assist with HR projects and general HR responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ degree required
  • 2 years of relevant HR/recruiting experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word /Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ATS (Greenhouse a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and complete time sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Have the ability to stay focused, organized, efficient, and effective in managing multiple priorities
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
  • Comfortable in a global company environment

Salary Range

The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 - $75,000. Offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience, skills, geography, and other job-related factors.
