KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Human Resource Coordinator is a non-exempt role at our corporate office.

Requirements

• Perform a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of professional interaction with applicants throughout the hiring process
• Effectively assign the safety and HR training for all plant positions. Record completed courses within the UKG system for management, Admins, and Supervisors
• Provide management with reporting of the company training activities
• Serve as backup for payroll processing
• Provide timely and accurate completion of employee verification of employment requests
• Prepare and distribute semi-monthly E-comm
• Prepare Cooleaf census for new hires, and process terminations within their system
• Successfully multi-task and function efficiently in a busy environment, simultaneously serving multiple operating locations
• Assist when needed in the recruiting functions of the department. Job descriptions, job postings, and phone screens, evaluate applicant resumes, conduct initial phone screens as needed for hiring managers
• Source and recruit for Corporate, Sales, and Plant Management positions when asked to assist
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Highly motivated self-starter who is adept at handling multiple competing priorities, in a fast-paced, results driven, rapidly changing environment
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing and HR roles
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office products
• HRIS experience desired using UKG-Pro
