Summary
The HR Coordinator role will work closely with the global HR Business Partner team, HR Operations, and Benefits teams. This role will own and support multifaceted people programs that drive an outstanding employee experience. The ideal candidate will bring a fresh approach to HR programs and processes, an enthusiastic learner with outstanding customer service skills. This is an exciting role for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources in a global organization.
Essential Functions- Program lead for Acquiaโs Global Onboarding Foundations Program.
- Program includes; Implementing pre-hire communications, onboard New Hires during Day 1 Orientation, handling new hire documentation, leading new hire swag program, new hire check-ins, summarizing survey feedback and follow up.
- Facilitate Offboarding Process: Lead termination process to include; Employee/manager communications, offboarding materials, exit interviews and support quarterly turnover reports insights.
- Regularly partner with the HRBP team on the execution of global HR people programs across the Americas and EMEA regions; program evolution, preparing communications, employee materials, and program execution (documentation, scheduling, follow up, reporting on program success).
- Support HRBPโs with employee questions, handling tier 1 employee inquiries and talent management programs.
- Regularly prepare trend reporting, insights and recommendations for the business: Topics may include; New Hire experience, Employee Relations, Offboarding/Exit Feedback, and Employee development opportunities.
- Handle Contractor offboarding process.
- Employee Change Letters: Produce change letters for promotions/adjustments, title change, manager change etc.
- Compliance: Coupa processing for people systems and employment matters as needed (including compliance labor posters by state, WorkTango, Legal Services)
- Support Benefit Administration including billing/invoicing and open enrollment support and be trained as payroll back up support.
- Build and distribute employee verification letters and change letters as needed
- Ad hoc duties include-submit and track department invoices related to HR and Benefits using the purchase order system.
- 0-2 years of relevant Human Resources experience
- Outstanding customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication.
