Job Description

We are CUSI. A collection of companies—Construction, Electric, and Tech—streamlining the scaling process for nationwide food service, hospitality, and retail titans. We work with the likes of Chipotle, Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, and Embassy Suites, helping them grow their footprint across various sites. We enable them to hit go live dates on time and on budget. Our secret to success, you ask? Single point-of-contact project management, real W2 labor, vertical team integrations, and a future HR Coordinator extraordinaire (hint, hint).

It all adds up with CUSI. Now, at first glance, that statement seems like a fairly bold one—maybe even one you just read on a previous job posting. Stick with me though and I’ll explain. At CUSI, we’ve ditched the endless days of rotating tasks and monotony. We showed micromanaging the door and threw a lavish going-away party for the outdated corporate standards of yesteryear. As the HR Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of a nationwide company that guides exponential growth, implements innovative solutions, and uses words like yesteryear.

Here's looking at you. You'll be responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department and all business locations. The HR Coordinator will provide a friendly and informative welcome to our new employees during their orientation and onboarding. You'll also ensure that when we're saying goodbye to an employee, we're giving them an easy transition out and obtaining information on how we can be better! To be successful in this role, you'll be hungry for growth and eager to learn the skills necessary to do so. This will include learning and drafting new policies, creating templates for HR documents, record keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
