We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Clarksville, TN!

Responsibilities for HR Coordinator:

• Managing data through internal systems
• Highly proficient in Excel (Pivot table, V-lookup)
• Processing invoices
• Answering general HR questions
• Communicating with employees and candidates over the phone and email
• Assisting with onboarding
• Utilizing HR systems to gather data
• Discretion with sensitive and confidential information

Qualifications:

• Bilingual preferred but not required (Korean or Spanish)
• Bachelors preferred but not required
• Preferred 2 years of data entry, analytics, or coordinator experience
