The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and administering all Human Resources tasks and processes required to support ADTRAV associates and management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee regular payroll processing activities
- Coordinates recruitment activities, including but not limited to sourcing, screening and filling of all ADTRAV vacancies utilizing the Company's applicant tracking system and maintaining all data and reporting for compliance purposes.
- Maintain all data and associate records in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) ensuring data integrity.
- Input hires, terminations, and miscellaneous changes.
- Coordinate and implement orientation for new hires.
- Administer activities related to on-boarding and separations.
- Utilize knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions regarding policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Provide information to associates as needed relative to forms and Human Resources (HR) processes.
- Collaborate with HR team to create and deliver associate communications and programs supporting associate satisfaction improvement initiatives.
- Work with department managers and HR Partners to coordinate the Unemployment Benefits Compensation program to ensure timely response and company representation for appeals and hearings.
- Partner with department managers and HR Partners to coordinate all activities related to Leave of Absence including Family Medical Leave and disability processes.
- Maintain the uploading process of various documents to HRIS associate electronic files.
- Coordinate and ensure compliance related to compensation and FLSA audits.
- Conduct audits HR processes and programs and recommend corrective action.
- Responsive to the needs and requests of ADTRAV associates and management, in a timely manner, exemplifying excellent customer service skills.
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Education, Experience and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a human resources department required.
- Experience in recruiting preferred.
- Experience in HRIS/Payroll Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems required. Paycom experience a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Microsoft Office Teams and PowerPoint).
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set goals and enforce deadlines, while maintaining flexibility to re-prioritize.
- Ability to take initiative, must have strong reasoning and problem solving skills.
- Ability to research complex issues and present professional solutions.
