Job Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator supports the administration of various human resources functions including onboarding, off-boarding and other activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manages onboarding activities for new hires including I-9 verifications and HRIS data entry/approval
- Provides onboarding and other administrative support for acquisitions and mergers
- Oversees NMLS compliance, activities, and audits
- Manages all notifications, systems updates, and other activities related to recruiting
- Manages all notifications, systems updates, and other activities related to employee terminations
- Ensures HRIS data integrity by performing periodic system audits
- Updates process documents and training for HR procedures
- Creates and maintains employee personnel and medical files
- Provides routine reporting on HR scorecard metrics
- Ensures HR-related materials are available and updated on the company intranet
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Four (4) years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Highly proficient in MS Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Highly proficient in HRIS systems such as ADP
Other Skills and Abilities:

- Able to communicate clearly, both written and orally
- Able to effectively interpret and present numerical data in a logical, concise manner

- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential material
- Able to take direction from multiple team members and juggle competing priorities effectively
