Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the administration of various human resources functions including onboarding, off-boarding and other activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages onboarding activities for new hires including I-9 verifications and HRIS data entry/approval
  • Provides onboarding and other administrative support for acquisitions and mergers
  • Oversees NMLS compliance, activities, and audits
  • Manages all notifications, systems updates, and other activities related to recruiting
  • Manages all notifications, systems updates, and other activities related to employee terminations
  • Ensures HRIS data integrity by performing periodic system audits
  • Updates process documents and training for HR procedures
  • Creates and maintains employee personnel and medical files
  • Provides routine reporting on HR scorecard metrics
  • Ensures HR-related materials are available and updated on the company intranet

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Four (4) years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Highly proficient in MS Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Highly proficient in HRIS systems such as ADP
